Provided project management services for a $7M gas transmission pipeline project to relocate 3,000 feet of 16 inch, 800 pounds per square inch natural gas transmission pipeline in San Diego County.

 

Services Provided:

 

Created and managed budget and schedule.  Hired all contractors, vendors and obtained permitting.  Provided oversight of all construction related activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.  Led settlement negotiations which resulted in a $952K reduction in client liability.
